QUESTIONNAIRE

Is your character willing to have sex and able to give informed consent?

Yes.

What is the wish your character made? Why did they make it?

His wish is a little nebulous in that it's "To create a paradise in which everyone is happy." It's the wish he and his sister have cherished and been driving towards since their youth and the wish that he holds dearest to his heart. He knows that it's not entirely possible but there's a naive part of him that really wants to see what Decadia is able to do with such a wish, if they grant it for him. This is also the same wish that drove him to try and trap everyone in the universe within a dreamscape using the power of Order — and while he knows that's no longer the right solution and isn't trying to recreate that, he still wishes to fulfill their wish somehow. So, he's taking a chance with Decadia to see if this will bring him closer to it.

How will your character initially react to Decadia's setting?

Right now, in Sunday's journey, he's approaching everything with an open-minded curiosity. He's left Penacony and the rigid structure of his life there and is embracing the unknown of the universe by traveling the Trailblaze with the others. To Trailblaze is to "explore, understand, establish, and connect." These are the guiding philosophies he's taken on himself as he continues his journey beyond Penacony and are the prime motivations he'll have in interacting with Decadia.

Sunday is not unfamiliar to a land of decadence and hedonism because that was Penacony, a land of dreams, and he was the "host" of Penacony for so long that he's seen so much of what a world like that has to offer. So, initially he will feel as if he's in familiar territory no matter how much it might personally make him uncomfortable. He's a bit of a control freak and even a prude at times but these are behaviors he's trying very hard to divest himself of and part of why he accepted the invitation to Decadia in the first place.

For him, it'll be like a return to form but eventually, he will start to wonder where the limits are and when, exactly, they get their wishes. Which will make him antsy to return back to the Astral Express from there.

What are you most interested in doing with your character in Decadia?

Sunday is in such a open, malleable place in his life that the thing I'm most excited to play with him is the CR opportunities a game like Decadia will provide. He's a reformed villain, a "Zuko" who is now traveling with the Astral Express in a way to repent and to explore the universe. He is actively trying to let go of previous behaviors he's had that did not suit him and instead trying to be a better person, who can eventually achieve his wish of finding his promised land.

It'd be interesting if he were to meet other villains and fall back into toxic ways of thinking or meet heroes and try his best to become one. Either way — he's just at the beginning of his journey and throwing him into a setting like Decadia pleases the part of me that just wants to see throw him in a blender and see what comes out.

What aspect of sex appeals to your character the most?

Sunday has a strict, fastidious nature that makes it hard for him to let loose and be carefree. It's because of this that I play him as not having had experience before because the level of intimacy that it would require to get there is not something he had time for or allowed himself to achieve with others when he was on Penacony. That is to say what appeals to Sunday about sex at this current point in time is how much of it is unknown to him. He knows that people chase after it hungrily and that it's a prime motivator for some people. He's seen people lose their minds just to have good sex back in Penacony, and he knows how foolish people can be as a result.

So, he's just curious. Would he fall into that level of hedonism if he had sex? In a place as free about it as Decadia, what will it mean to have sex with a variety of different partners, some men, some women, some neither? What's going to add to his life experience and make him feel like he knows more about the human experience as a whole? There is a small part of him that wants to let loose and see how it feels to be so carefree but he hates that part of himself and that will be part of his struggle in Decadia.

What kinks does your character have, known or unknown to them? Why do they have those particular kinks?

Sunday wants to give in, wants to let go of his tight grip of control and let someone else take the reins from him. But contrasting this, he would also very much like to be given control of someone else and be able to guide them through their pleasure as a result. At the end of the day, Sunday's main kink is control, both giving and receiving, because of just how tight a fist he has on his life and how he presents himself.

Other than that, Sunday is going to like pleasure a lot. Like a man who has been deprived of it all his life, he's going to realize how good it feels to, well, feel good once he begins having sex and probably get a bit addicted to it at the start. Sunday doesn't have a great way of regulating himself at the moment so it's very "all or nothing" right now for him and with Decadia, it means the all will be, in fact, all. He'll want to try everything and do everything once he starts having sex, like a kid in a candy store who realizes he doesn't have a reason not to eat every candy. It'll be very funny.
